  7. Laisser tourner le robot jusqu'à obtenir une consistance homogène. La pâte est collante.
  8. Couvrir le bol du robot avec le linge et laisser lever pendant 2h.
  9. Beurrer le moule à kougelhopf. Y verser la pâte dégazée. Poser une amande délicatement dans chaque rainure du moule. Couvrir et laisser de nouveau lever pendant 1h. La pâte devrait monter et recouvrir le trou du centre du moule.
  10. Préchauffer le four à 200°C.
  11. Enfourner 45min en baissant la température à 180°C.
  12. Démouler une fois refroidi et saupoudrer de sucre glace.
