- 50 g sucre

Le programme pâte de ma machine dure 1h30, il comprend le pétrissage et une première levée "à chaud". J'ai juste filmé au contact et mis au frigo quand ça a été fini !
- Le lendemain matin, pétrir rapidement pour dégazer la pâte, puis l'étaler sur un plan de travail fariné pour obtenir un rectangle aussi long que votre moule à cake, et trois fois plus large.
- Étaler sur la surface la pâte à tartiner (on peut poser le pot dans un bol d'eau chaude pour la ramollir, c'est plus facile à étaler, mais moins facile à manipuler ensuite)
- Rouler la pâte en un boudin serré que l'on coupe en deux dans la longueur.
- Torsader les deux moitiés obtenues en essayant de garder la section sur le dessus.
- Déposer la torsade dans le moule à cake (beurré fariné s'il n'est pas en silicone). Couvrir d'un torchon propre et laisser lever encore 1h30 à l'abri des courants d'air. Cela doit doubler de volume.
- Faire chauffer le four à 180°C.
- Enfourner dans le four chaud et laisser cuire 20 à 25min à 180°C. Si cela colore trop vite, ne pas hésiter à couvrir d'un papier sulfurisé.
- Dans une petite casserole, porter à ébullition les 50g de sucre avec les 10cl d'eau pour obtenir un sirop. Étaler au pinceau sur la surface pour la rendre brillante.
- Démouler, laisser refroidir, et déguster ! 😋
