Lorsque les bords de votre plat commencent à gratiner, gratter avec une cuiller et mettre ce gratiné dans la sauce ; au besoin rajouter un peu d'eau chaude. Votre sauce sera goûtue et colorée. délicieuse!
- Cuire environ 1h30. Vos pommes de terre seront fondantes avec un bon goût de jus de rôti.
