  3. Pétrir la pâte pendant environ 15 minutes jusqu'à obtention d'une pâte souple qui se décolle du saladier
  4. Laisser reposer pendant 1h30 dans un endroit chaud
  5. Pour la garniture, rapper le fromage Kasar (ou l'emmental). Dans un saladier, écraser le fromage turc (ou feta) avec du persil haché
  6. Une fois la pâte reposée, dégazer la. Puis faite 7/8 boules
  7. Étaler la boule de façon ovale et allongée. Y déposer dans un 1er temps le fromage turc (ou feta) puis le fromage Kasar (ou Emmental) en laissant une petite marge sur les bords
  8. Plier ensuite les bords. Vous pouvez rajouter 2/3 rondelles de salami sur le dessus
  9. Badigeonner les bords a l'aide d'un œuf battu. Puis enfourner à 220° pendant 10/15 minutes (jusqu'à ce qu'elles dorent). A déguster chaud
