- Assemblage: Déposer une petite cuillère à café de brunoise d'ananas dans le fond de la cuillère apéritive, puis ajouter la tranche de boudin blanc et ensuite quelques dés de pain d'épices. Assaisonner avec un peu de poivre sur le dessus.
