- En suite, tournez chaque part en rosasses d’un sens ou d’un autre.
- Étalez un jaune d’œuf avec un peut de lait sur l’étoile à l’aide d’un pinceau puis enfournez chaleur tournante, 190 degrés pendant environ 25 minutes, dégustez !
