- Mettre dans le moule et enfourner pour 35/40mn. Laisser tiédir et démouler.
- Si vous le souhaitez préparez ma chantilly: travailler le chèvre frais à la fourchette. Monter la crème liquide bien froide en chantilly. Incorporer le chèvre frais. Mettre dans une poche à douille et poches sur votre cake.
