  24. 1 Tbsp red chilli powder
  25. 1 Tbsp coriander cumins powder
  26. 1/2 Tbsp turmeric powder
  27. 1/2 Tbsp garam masala

  29. 1/4 Tbsp cardamom powder
  30. 1/2 Tbsp kasuri methi
  31. 3/4 Tbsp fresh cream
  32. 2 tsp Coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions to make to make Veg Hyderabadi Nizami Kadai

  1. For making gravy boil 500 Ml of water in a pan and add tomato pieces. Add garlic, green chilli, neem, ginger, bay leaves and almonds and cook for 5 mins.
  2. After cooked well turn off the gas and let it get cool down. Afterwards crush it in a mixture and prepare the gravy.
  3. For preparing vegetable, in a vessel boil water and add all vegetables till all are ready to cook well. Then take it out in a bowl and keep it aside.
  4. In a Kadai heat up butter and oil and add cinnamon, cloves, dry red chilli and cumin and fry it. Afterwards add chopped onions and cook it till it turns light pink in colour.
  5. Afterwards add the ready gravy and mix it well.
  6. Now add ready vegetables, dry masala and salt to taste and mix it well.
  7. At last add kasuri methi, cardamom powder and fresh cream and mix it well.
  8. Garnish it with coriander and serve it with hot roti, nan or paratha.
