  8. Pendant la cuisson de la pâte, émincer l’échalote et le thym, et les faire revenir avec le dans une cuillère à soupe d’huile d’olive.
  9. Découper les carottes en petits dés, ajouter à la poêle, verser la sauce soja, et faire revenir 5 minutes.
  10. Fouetter le tofu soyeux, et ajouter à la préparation. Laisser cuire une quinzaine de minutes.
  11. Une fois les fausses carottes sorties du four, les retirer délicatement du cylindre (laisser refroidir si elles sont trop chaudes). Garnir ensuite les fausses carottes, et planter quelques brins de persil pour un effet un peu plus réaliste !
