  6. Retirez la viande et mixez la Harira. 5/ Versez les pois chiches, une bonne poignée de vermicelles et le demi-citron entier dont le jus aura été pressé dans la marmite. Rajoutez le reste de la coriandre fraîche et laissez encore mijoter 10 minutes.
  7. 6/ Mélangez la farine avec 120 ml d’eau avec un fouet. Avant de déguster la Harira, versez le mélange pour qu’elle soit bien onctueuse. Rectifiez l’assaisonnement au besoin. C’est prêt et juste délicieux avec un bon pain fait maison.
