- Grease the cake pan and place the butter paper. Spread salt in a pressure cooker. Place the ring or stand over the salt that's why the cake may not get burnt or over backed. Remove the ring and whistle. Cover the cooker, heat it on medium flame.
- Add Curd, Oil, and powder sugar in a bowl and mix well. Add vanilla essence and salt in it. Stir well.
- Now add Maida and mix well. Now slowly add milk, mix them lightly. You can also add milk powder (optional) in it.
- Now add baking powder and baking soda and mix them lightly stir in one direction. Do not over mix.
- Transfer the batter in the cake pan. Tap the cake pan. Place it in preheat cooker. Cover the cooker. Back for 50 mins. on slow flame.
- Cool the cake for 30 mins. Invert it on a plate. Remove the butter paper and cool it completely.
- Cut the cake in two or three part. On one part spread water and spread whipped cream. Place seconds part of cake on it. Spread whipped cream all over the cake.
- For marble effect, add milk chocolate and 3 tbsp water and heat it few seconds on slow flame until chocolate desolved in water. Now add few drops of any liquid food colour. Don't mix just pour on cake. Put it in refrigerator for half hour.
