  1. In a mixer jar add tomato, chilli & ginger to make a smooth purée.
  2. Soak cashews, cinnamon stick, peeled cardamom & cloves for 10mins then blend them.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai. add cumins, kalaunji & hing to it.
  4. Then add red chilli powder, haldi to the oil & immediately add tomato purée to it.Mix well.
  5. Add cashew nut purée, all the spices except cinnamon powder to it n mix well. cook for 2-3mins.
  6. Add malai & ketchup to the gravy … mix well.. add little water or milk if required.
  7. Then add corn kernels.. mix well.
  8. Add cinnamon powder to it & cover for 5mins & cook on low to medium flame. Add kasoori methi to it.
  9. Once it is done transfer the curry & garnish with coriander
  10. Enjoy this with chapati or rice.
