  3. 1 poivron rouge
  4. 1 poivron jaune
  5. 1 oignon
  6. 4 poivrons piquillos
  7. Sauce au citron: 1 c à c de moutarde en grain et de moutarde classique, 2,5 c à s de vinaigre de citron, huile, sel et poivre

  1. Faire bouillir de l'eau dans une grande casserole. Plonger les sachets de riz, avec le riz complet. Cuire 10 minutes, égoutter et laisser refroidir.
  2. Pendant ce temps, laver et épépiner les poivrons puis éplucher l'oignon. Ensuite les couper en petits morceaux. Dans une poêle mettre un filet d'huile, et faire revenir à feu moyen vif pendant 10 minutes en remuant régulièrement. Ils doivent dorer.
  3. Couper les poivrons piquillos en petits morceaux. Dans un saladier mettre tout les éléments et mélanger.
  4. Préparer la sauce: dans un bol mettre la moutarde, le vinaigre, le sel, le poivre et mélanger. Monter la sauce à l'huile en fouettant avec une fourchette. Rajouter la sauce à la salade de riz au dernier moment.
  5. NB: Si vous n'avez qu'un seul type de riz c'est bon aussi. ^^
