- 1/2 verre d'eau
- Facultatif 4 tanches de jambon si vous le souhaitez

- Pendant ce temps, couper la mozzarella en fines tranches et bien l’égoutter au préalable. (6 tranches par Mozarella) Hachez finement les olives noires.
- Préparer les escalopes de veau et les affiner légèrement si besoin avec un maillet à viande, ou rouleau à pâtisser, en veillant à ne pas abîmer la viande.
- Saler et poivrer vos escalopes, disposer 2 ou 3 tranches de mozzarella selon votre steak de veau et quelques olives hachées sur chaque tranche. (Sel, poivre sur la mozarella) *Facultatif une tranche de jambon* Enrouler en partant de l'extrémité et refermer avec 2 ou 3 cure-dents (ou pique en métal) pour qu'il ne s'ouvre pas pendant la cuisson.
- Ajouter les rouleaux à la sauce, faites cuire à feu doux pendant environ 3 à 4 minutes avec le couvercle, retourner les rouleaux pour qu'ils cuisent uniformément des deux côtés. Cuisson encore 10min. Une fois cuits, ajouter un peu de basilic ciselé, assaisonner si besoin et servir les rouleaux accompagné de pâtes, riz ou même purée.
